Photography is akin to meditation :
“When looking through the viewfinder, comes the silence, and the choreography of light. Shadows and colors take over”.
I was born and raised in Paris.
A little less than two decades ago, I moved to Barcelona. Now, I call it home.
Do you remember those tiny cardboard single-use cameras?
I was about 10 years old and I was sent for a spring holiday to the green, rainy, Normandy countryside.
I had received one of those single-use cameras. I decided to roam the fields and make good use of it. I was quite proud of my very first documentary work. I can also vividly remember my parents showed very little excitement (that’s an understatement, of course) when they came back from the lab with….24 shots of cows, cows, and more cows!
Now, a few decades later, I am a professional photographer. No more cows, so far.
My street photography got recognition from photography festivals and street photography platforms. I enjoy producing documentary series over time, have had my work displayed in joint exhibitions in New York, Paris, Barcelona. In January 2020, I was a guest artist of an exhibition held at Rotterdam Chrysalis Art Gallery.
I also enjoy shooting event photography, covering trade shows for corporate customers and event creative agencies.
I was raised in a “gourmet” family…The apple doesn’t fall far from the tree
As gourmet business were going online, I wanted to focus on creative, eloquent, gastronomy photography : I wanted to provide brand marketing teams with the visual content they need to gain the desired visibility.
And, now I spend time playing with food.
